The municipality of Novi Pazar is situated in Northeast Bulgaria and is one of the municipalities in Shumen Region. Novi Pazar is small and beautiful town, which draws the attention of real estate investors. It is only 73 km from Bulgaria’s Black Sea capital- Varna and 21 km from Shumen- the municipal center of the region.
